Our Foundation
Where Our Journey Began
Our journey began long before Gyandatabit.
Our parents, Pervinbhai Kalathiya and Labhuben Kalathiya, always believed that education, good values and becoming good human beings matter just as much as professional success.
Their vision was simple: give their children the opportunity to learn, grow with the changing world, stay grounded and build meaningful lives.
Our father has always guided us with strong values, responsibility and the belief that progress comes through honest effort.
Our mother, the heart of our family, has supported every stage of our lives with care, warmth and strength. Her home, her food and her constant support have always kept us connected to our roots.
Everything we are building today carries a part of their vision with it.
They gave us the values and the opportunity.
Now we want to turn that foundation into something meaningful.

Fenal, Kishan and Om followed different paths through technology, development, products, data and business — but the foundation remained the same.

Fenal Kalathiya
WordPress Developer & Plugin Developer
Fenal is the eldest sibling and one of the strongest pillars behind our journey.
Learning and first steps
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and later completed her Master’s degree in IT in India.
Her professional journey began early. During the second year of college, she started an internship in WordPress development and continued developing her career in the same field.
Today
Today, she has more than seven years of experience primarily in WordPress development and plugin development. Over the years she has worked on numerous websites, custom functionality and digital projects.
Beyond work
Beyond her technical career, Fenal has always played a major role in supporting her brothers and their careers.
She is quiet and emotionally thoughtful, but remarkably strong when difficult situations need to be handled. Even after marriage, she continues to be one of the strongest support systems for the family.
Fenal is married to architect Nirav Vithani, who runs his own architecture practice.

Kishan Kalathiya
Android Developer, Product Lead & IT Admin
Kishan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in India and later moved to Australia to pursue a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
An early start
His interest in development began early. During the first year of college, he completed training in Android application development and creative multimedia.
By the second year of college, he had already started working professionally. He then spent approximately two years gaining development experience in India before moving to Australia.
Today
Today, Kishan works across Android development, product development, project delivery, hosting, technical operations, freelancing and business growth. He is comfortable taking projects from an idea through development, production deployment and hosting.
Kishan is currently based in Melbourne and has also been working as an IT Administrator at Nitai Medical and Cosmetic Centre for approximately 1.5 years.
Within Gyandatabit, his focus sits at the intersection of products, technology, execution and growth.

Om Kalathiya
E‑commerce Builder & Data Analytics Enthusiast
Om is the youngest of the three siblings and brings a strong interest in business, data and e‑commerce to the team.
Learning
He completed his BCA and later continued developing his analytical skills through a data analytics course.
Building for sellers
He has gained early professional experience and is currently building an Amazon and e‑commerce seller operations dashboard, with the first version approaching launch.
Om is also an e‑commerce seller himself, giving him practical exposure to the challenges sellers face across operations, products, purchasing and business data. He has a strong interest in analytics and building tools that help sellers make better decisions.
Beyond work
His long-term dream is to become a successful businessman and build meaningful businesses of his own.
Om is loyal and deeply caring about his family. His faith in Bhagwan Swaminarayan and his spiritual values play an important role in keeping him grounded, disciplined and focused on meaningful long-term growth.
